Oxford. Friday1.
I received a communication from the L.N.W.R.2 today
to the effect that the 3 cases3 couldnt be delivered
because 'house closed, no one at home to accept.'
I pointed out that Trinity was neither a 'house' nor
'closed' and requested them to deliver at once. But
would you mind seeing your porter about it and if
the cases arent there, communicating with the L.N.W.R.
